We've all been there - you're dreaming of poached-eggs-on-avocado-on-toast for brunch, but your avocado just isn't ripe (read:squishy) enough! What are you going to do!? You don't have 3 days to wait until it ripens.....
Well, luckily for you we have the perfect 10-minute trick to ripen that pesky avocado until it's creamy and delicious.
All you need is:
- an oven, preheated to 93 degrees celcius, of 200 degrees farenheit
- tin-foil
- avocado
All you need to do is:
- Wrap your avocado in tin foil
- Put the wrapped avocado in your preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, remove the avocado from the oven.
Once you unwrap the avocado, you should find the avocado is still cool enough to hold. And, trust us, the avocado won't be hot, it will just be a softer, and most importantly, RIPER than it was 10 minutes ago!
