New Year's Resolutions

Thou shalt not...

... Stress about unimportant matters - will it still matter in 1 year's time?

... Eat biscuits. Fruit is just as tasty and will not stick to one's hips.

... Drink so much caffeine! Opt for 1/2 litres of water per day, it'll be much better for you.

    • ...  Side-eye colleagues with the flu. Disinfect your desk and remain calm.

      ... Skip breakfast. IT IS the most important meal of the day and will help kick start the metabolism that seemed to slow/stop at the age of 18. (!)

      ... Side-eye colleagues that take stationery from your desk.

      ... Stay inside all day. Take a brisk walk at lunch time, even if it looks like Antarctica outside.

      ... Be complacent. Stay hungry for new opportunities and educate oneself daily - even if it's from Wikipedia's 'Did you know...' section.

      ... Forget important dates: Birthdays, anniversaries, meetings. This is why you have a desk diary.

      ... Break any of the above resolutions. It will be hard, we know.
