#BoozyFruitFriday - Cheeky Cherry Cola

It's Friday! What better day to kick back and celebrate the weeks hard work by enjoying a late afternoon bevvy with your colleagues.Here's how you can liven up a standard V&C with an injection of fruit.

For our naughty cherry cola, you will need

• Vodka 25ml per serving
• Cola to mix
• Cherries - the more the better
• Honey - to taste

Here's what you need to do

 

1. First you need to pit your cherries (it's not as scary as it sounds) Here's a handy video on how to do it using something you'll find laying around your office.
2. Crush the berries in a glass with the back of a fork to release as much juice as possible
3. Add some honey to the cherry mix to sweeten
4. Add the vodka to the cherries and honey and stir well
5. Strain the vodka/cherry mixture between the classes
6. Top with coke, and garnish with a cherry.
