Degeneres Show last week would be enough to make anyone fear fruit. However, a
few people do have genuine phobias of fruit, such as Paula Ross, who appeared
all over the news last July as she was cured of having an actual, horrific fear
of bananas.
Of course, we know that most of you reading this aren’t exactly
scared of fruit, however you may be a little reluctant to swap that daily
doughnut for a handful of our fresh grapes. And whilst it’s totally
natural to crave junk food in the office we all know that it is no good for us
and that we should be munching on healthy snacks instead.
