Well we didnt actually run, as that's far too tiring for us at FruitForTheOffice, but we did distribute our bananas to all of the runners (and non-runners!) and after 10k, they were definately needed for that energy revival. The event was in aid of the Lynda Jackson Macmillan centre for cancer support and information. And what a day too...
The only decent weather for weeks, not too hot for running, nor too cold for those of us who were more stationary all day. Congratulations to everyone who took part and especially the winners of each event!
