#FitFruitFriday - Chill Out with Fruit! PART TWO: Ice Slush Recipes


I'm sure you'll all staring at the clock in the corner of your screen rather than this blog but we here at Fruit For the Office have some recipes you need to feast your eyes on as they're sure to make your warm weekend go down a treat!


Fruit Salad Slush

What You Need:
  • 2 large bananas, sliced
  • 120ml lemonade
  • 6 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 can (approx 550g) of crushed pineapple (alternatively buy cubed and crush yourself)
  • 250g caster sugar
  • 240ml orange juice concentrate
  • 200g red grapes, halved

What To Do:
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and pulse until combined
  2. Place in a covered container and freeze for 7-8 hours
  3. Remove from freezer 1-2 hours before serving and mash slightly with a fork so that the mixture becomes slushy
